This section is a major change from the organization of the old site. You can see that it is organized better, as well as being more "formal." (And complete. This is updated before even the news page is now. Unlike before...)
Again, comment on them to either me ( dh85@dh85.ticalc.org ) or the Shell-Developer's List ( shell-developers@lists.ticalc.org ). You must be subscribed to it in order to post. Check out www.ticalc.org to subscribe.
Also, note that you click on the version number to see a certain version of a document. Or, Click on the ID to get the latest version. The notation <#> in the version field indicates that another version is in the works. This is also useful for documents that are completely forthcoming.
